How much does a typical AI project cost?
It depends on the process to be analyzed, the tools already present in the company, and the required level of automation.
After the first call, we prepare a personalized proposal, with activities, times, and investment defined for the specific case. We prefer to avoid standard prices because two companies can have very different needs even when describing the same problem.
Do you also work on-site at the company?
Yes. The on-site part is often fundamental to understand how to make daily work more efficient: describing a process is not enough, you have to see how it's actually done.
Usually, we start with a short call, then we organize an operational session at the company when there is a concrete process to analyze. In that phase we observe:
- Files, emails, documents, and tools used every day
- Manual steps, double data entry, and unnecessary waits
- Exceptions that do not emerge in a simple call
- Roles, responsibilities, and points where the team loses time
How long does a project take?
2-4 weeks for most projects. Voice assistants ready in 1-2 weeks.
The process is structured in phases:
- Week 1: Diagnostic call and on-site session, when needed
- Week 2: Technical proposal and approval
- Weeks 3-4: Development and implementation
- Week 5: Training and go-live
Are my data safe?
Each project is evaluated based on the type of data involved and the corporate context.
Before proposing a solution, we define what information is truly needed, what data to avoid, and what controls to maintain in the process. In general, we work with a prudent approach:
- Use only the data necessary for the use case;
- Maintain human control steps;
- Separate sensitive information when not needed;
- Choose tools consistent with the required level of confidentiality.
What AI tools do you use?
We use the best available APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, ElevenLabs, etc.) but you don't have to worry about it. We manage everything.

And after the 30 days of support?
We offer optional maintenance plans, but most clients are autonomous. It depends on the complexity of the solution.
